You can become a member by purchasing 1/4 or 1/2 in any of SIIX Properties. Any potential member should be vetted by SIIX. For each home we design co-ownership by matching travel profiles (calendar, etc.). There are no hard dates’ commitments but we need to understand beforehand the travel patterns of joining members to avoid permanent competition for the dates. Our goal is not just to sell. Happy members – thriving community.
SIIX Properties are the properties that located in SIIX Locations and either owned or being developed by SIIX or are the listings of our Partner brokers curated by SIIX. In the latter case SIIX can buy the property together with the new member(s) and pay between 50% and 75% depending on the stake the member acquires.
SIIX sells properties exclusively through Partner Brokers. SIIX’s local Closing Managers are happy to help buyers and the brokers (Q&A, legal support, etc.) at any stage. CONTACT US to get answers or to be put in contact with our local Partner Broker.
We vet all new members to keep the circle friendly, social and enjoyable. The members should be on the same page activities and lifestyle wise. Though the co-ownership structure is 100% secured from co-owners’ defaults and the co-ownership experience is protected from the other co-owner’s misbehavior, we do our best to keep our members off any, even minor disturbance. After the candidate fills an application form, we do background check and then hold a physical eye-to-eye personal meeting. The existing member’s reference can be helpful.
All vetted members have to agree with SIIX Home Policy (can vary from home to home) and sign SIIX Behavior Conduct. SIIX dismisses any form of discrimination, we just don’t take money from people we think the other members will not be comfortable with.
One of the most important value propositions of SIIX is that you pay 75% less then a full price of a great home but nevertheless use it almost in the same way if you were the whole home owner. We will ask you to fill the simple single-page form that helps us to provide you with the best solution tailored for you personally. We are interested to know when you usually travel, where, whom with, how long your average trips are, etc. You can have any travel patterns or style and there always will be the people who travel differently and therefore you are the perfect match. If you are the first co-owner in the SIIX property, your travel profile is less important for matching process. All next co-owners of the same home should be OK with the profiles of existing co-owners.
